Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in customer relations to enhance satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to boost company growth.
  • Take on leadership roles within the team to help guide and develop new strategies.
  • Deliver professional presentations to customers highlighting product benefits and features.
  • Train peers and coworkers on useful communication tools and patterns to optimize team performance.
  • Set personal and team goals to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective customers.
  • Secure sales, recommendations, and follow-ups to foster customer loyalty.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.

  • Build and maintain sustainable client relations based on integrity and trust.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to relate to a diverse range of individuals.

  • Proven team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not necessary.
