Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in inventory management and equipment handling to ensure that all resources are available for daily operations.

Work collaboratively with team members on project executions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Undertake training and development sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest industry practices and company product offerings.

Engage in customer interactions to provide service excellence, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to assist and educate clients.

Oversee and participate in the set-up and breakdown of product displays, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements

Must be over 18 years of age.

Possession of a valid Driver’s License or have reliable transportation.

Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both a team setting and independently.

Background in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, call centers, or a similar field is advantageous.

Capacity to develop and maintain robust client relations built on integrity, trust, and exceptional service.

Proven capability to manage, track, and organize resources including inventory and project tools.

Motivated, energetic, and result-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
