We are seeking a Human Resources professional with prior experience as a Human Resources Manager in mid-sized companies who is passionate about business results and delivering a high level of client service.
The client-facing Human Resources Manager serves Growth Operators’ clients by managing the Human Resources function and / or projects for our clients. Services are provided in the form of advisory services (specific projects) and outsourced services (interim or fractional roles with clients). Client relationships are overseen by the Client Relationship Manager, an HR Partner or Managing Director of the company. Work performed by the Human Resources Manager on client engagements may include the following :
