With a strong commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic part-time (20-25 hours per week) Director of Marketing to drive growth, increase patient acquisition, and enhance our brand presence.
Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive patient volume, enhance brand awareness, and support business objectives across multiple locations. This role will oversee strategic planning, campaign execution, vendor management, and key performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts align with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase new patient acquisition and retention.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and patient experience across all locations.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing : Oversee digital advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and traditional media to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Vendor & Agency Management : Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to optimize marketing efforts and ROI.
- Patient Acquisition & Referral Growth : Implement strategies to increase patient volume through direct-to-patient outreach and provider referral programs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient inquiries, conversions, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Community & Physician Engagement : Develop local outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen the practice’s presence in the communities it serves.
- Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Competitive Analysis : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, patient needs, and competitive positioning.
