JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success Team at Growth Protocol. As a key member of the customer success team focusing on SMB clients, you will help craft the company's customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers, provide trend/market insights, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to proactively identify problems, find solutions, and help our customers stay on top of market opportunities.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, identifying expansion opportunities and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to our customers to help them achieve value from our product
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer's overall business objectives and how our product can help them to achieve those
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap
- Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing consulting, sales, customer success role, or relevant industry (CPG, Retail, Finance)
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders - especially with senior management and executive level
- Superb verbal and written communication, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, strategic planning skills
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 (Base) Bonus
