As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple store locations, leading and guiding Store Managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for the performance of your district and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Store Managers to achieve sales and performance goals across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Monitor store operations to ensure they meet company standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for each store to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular store visits for training, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Address escalated customer issues from store teams to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or the mobile industry is advantageous.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple locations and priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
