Retail District Manager

Job Overview:
Lead and manage multiple cellphone store locations within your district, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and outstanding customer service. If you’re an experienced leader with a passion for technology and retail, we want you to drive success across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple store locations, ensuring high standards in sales and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
• Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Ensure consistency in store operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and expenses for the district.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably with district or multi-store oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for sales growth.
• Knowledge of retail operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
