Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple store locations, ensuring high standards in sales and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Ensure consistency in store operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and expenses for the district.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably with district or multi-store oversight.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategies for sales growth.
- Knowledge of retail operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
