Job Title: Finance Director – North America

Join a dynamic vendor, part of a $500M ARR SaaS business, on an ambitious growth trajectory.
They are on track to double our US ARR from $25M to $50M over the next three years. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented finance leader to take complete ownership of our US finance operations.
As the Finance Director – North America, you will be the sole FP&A powerhouse responsible for steering the financial strategy and operations. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Customer Success —you will drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and commercial strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Forecasting & Reporting:
- Oversee month-end closing in collaboration with UK Accounting Shared Services
- Partner with the US GM and Sales/Customer Success teams to develop precise forecasts
- Set and manage budgets covering bookings, revenue, EBITDA, cost, and P&L
- Provide regular, actionable financial insights and reporting to Global Headquarters
Commercial & Legal Oversight:
- Shape contracts and negotiate final terms per established guidelines
- Develop and implement incentive plans for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Collaborate with global counsel and US onshore legal support to ensure compliance and resolve contractual issues
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Leverage deep experience in B2B sales forecasting within SaaS and services environments
- Employ a proactive, “can-do” attitude and agile approach to drive financial performance as the business scales from $25M to $50M in US ARR
- Ensure precision in financial analysis and reporting while maintaining high attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience: 7 years in finance roles supporting B2B enterprise sales teams within SaaS/recurring revenue.
- Scale: Proven track record in organizations scaling in revenue, with strong forecasting and financial analysis expertise
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and P&L statements; experience in contract negotiation and commercial oversight
- Market Exposure: Experience with mid-market US companies ($20–$50M revenue) or larger (Fortune 2000), with familiarity in both UK and US financial reporting and cultural environments
- Mindset: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with exceptional attention to detail, thriving in agile, high-growth settings
