Compensation: $120K base (Over $200K OTE in Y1, uncapped) Equity
We’re a hyper-growth, Seed-stage startup ($3M raised) on a mission to revolutionize the insurance industry with our AI-driven SaaS platform. Now, we’re searching for a Founding Account Executive to anchor our sales team and help us sprint toward our Series A. What You’ll Do
- Drive Pipeline: Build and manage a high-performing pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Close Deals: Engage with senior stakeholders at top insurers, owning the full sales cycle.
- Own the Stage: Represent us at major industry events, forging new partnerships and elevating our brand.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate on GTM decisions, experimenting with approaches that set us apart.
Who You Are
- Proven New Biz Hunter: You’ve sold SaaS into insurance before—and crushed your targets.
- Founding AE Experience: You’ve been a key early sales hire in at least 1–2 roles.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re energized by a nimble, evolving environment and love building from scratch.
- Driven & Curious: You lean into learning, obsess over solving client problems, and jump at opportunities to refine messaging or processes.
