The Opportunity :
As a Product Manager at GrowthDay, you'll play a pivotal role in growing and scaling the world's leading platform for personal growth. You'll be responsible for ensuring product-led growth across the organization, creating seamless and delightful user experiences across desktop, iOS, Android, and OTT platforms, and empowering millions of individuals on their journey of self-improvement.

You'll work closely with a talented (and fun) team of engineers, designers, and marketers to bring innovative and impactful products to life using the most innovative AI technology. You'll have the opportunity to experiment, iterate, and push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of self improvement.
This role is hybrid to the Bay Area.
What You Will Do In This Role :
- Work with the team using AI to scale a customer-facing, cross-platform app into an international category-defining product.
- Drive product iteration, including design, strategy, and project execution.
- Build and craft a strategic roadmap to take product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration with each new release delivering a chart-topping customer experience.
- Define data needs, customer journeys, and transform company goals into remarkable consumer delights.
- Partner closely across the team to set strategy, hit goals, and build a joyous and high-performing culture.
- Make the product so sticky and so loved by our customers that the organic scale metrics rival the best apps in history.
