Their AI platform helps public defenders analyze body-cam footage to hold law enforcement accountable and advocate for their disproportionately Black and brown clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Events & Partnerships Build relationships with national and local public defender associations to drive awareness through in-person events, virtual webinars, and member communications.
- Content Creation Develop engaging, SEO-optimized content for landing pages, social media, and sales collateral to highlight JusticeText's team, product, and partner success stories.
- Press & Media Secure consistent press coverage by drafting compelling pitches and managing relationships with local, national, and industry-specific reporters.
- Website Management Oversee periodic website updates to ensure alignment with the latest brand messaging and product positioning.
- Marketing Analytics Evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and their impact on lead generation, brand awareness, and overall growth.
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a vertical SaaS startup.
- Strong knowledge of multiple marketing channels, including content, events, press, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to take high-level strategies and execute them effectively from ideation to implementation.
- Excellent storytelling skills with an ability to clearly communicate brand value to target audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders, including public defenders.
- Experience managing external contractors (e.g., agencies, freelancers) to expand marketing capacity when needed.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for racial and economic justice and a strong commitment to JusticeText's mission.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
