Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth Marketer on behalf of our client,a legal technology (legal tech) and criminal justice technology startup. They are a Bloomberg Beta and True Ventures-backed startup dedicated to improving criminal justice outcomes for low-income Americans. Their AI platform helps public defenders analyze body-cam footage to hold law enforcement accountable and advocate for their disproportionately Black and brown clients.
You will play a critical role in accelerating brand awareness, generating interest, and strengthening credibility within their target audience. With strong product-market fit and rapid growth, this role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Events & Partnerships Build relationships with national and local public defender associations to drive awareness through in-person events, virtual webinars, and member communications.
- Content Creation Develop engaging, SEO-optimized content for landing pages, social media, and sales collateral to highlight JusticeText's team, product, and partner success stories.
- Press & Media Secure consistent press coverage by drafting compelling pitches and managing relationships with local, national, and industry-specific reporters.
- Website Management Oversee periodic website updates to ensure alignment with the latest brand messaging and product positioning.
- Marketing Analytics Evaluate the ROI of marketing initiatives and their impact on lead generation, brand awareness, and overall growth.
