Administrative Coordinator / Office Administrator – Your Job Duties
You will support the internal office, external customers and team of field technicians.
- Book all travel arrangements for technicians including researching and booking flights, hotels, travel arrangements, communicating travel arrangements to the team, making adjustments to the travel schedules when needed
- Keep the business operations organized including maintaining licenses, following up on renewals (business license, insurance policies, filing safety reports)
- Maintain office inventory and field inventory
- Support with light Human Resources duties including tracking training certificates and licenses, filing employee documents
- Obtain the mail and distribute / mail plans and drawings
- Answer phones and ensure calls are appropriate directed, resolving what you can / buffering
- Support the office with ad-hoc projects that keep the operations running smoothly

Administrative Coordinator / Office Administrator - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit
You have :
Administrative Coordinator – Benefits & Pay for You
Your compensation will be $27 to $28 per hour, and eligible for overtime (limited overtime)
You will be provided with medical insurance options including company contribution, dental and vision insurance option, paid time off, paid holidays.
This role is located in office in Roseville, California.
Schedule start time at 7 : 30am, 8 hour days Monday – Friday.
Salary : $27 - $28
