Contracts Specialist - Your Job Duties:
You will support the rapidly growing commercial and industrial construction company, with all phases of contract management.

• Manage the contract process from initial creation of contract, review and redline coordination, through negotiation and signature process, entering the contracts into the project management system, and maintaining up-to-date contract schedules
• Preparation, coordinator and tracking of bid documents and bid bond requests
• Track, manage, maintain and update contractor and business licenses
• Process and file pre-liens, obtain and process insurance certificates and bonds
• Support project team with change order contract compliance, any bond exceptions and key contract requirements (ie: notices, closeout)
• Provide weekly report to team on contract status, deadlines and significant upcoming items

Contracts Specialist - Required Skills, Experience Fit with Our Team:

• You have previous experience working in an architectural, engineering, or construction company environment in a contracts administrator, project administrator, or project manager role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Able to work in office in Roseville, California, Monday through Friday (flexible start time)

Contracts Specialist - Desired, Not Required:

• Experience working in construction management software

This role is based out of our office in Roseville and is a 100% in office role.

Compensation $75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus incentive bonus potential.
