E-Commerce Specialist (Fashion Manufacturing) – What You Will Do

You will drive the daily e-commerce operations, specifically with :

• enerate and manage promotional codes to drive marketing initiatives
• Address user inquiries, manage user-generated content on review platforms, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by investigating and resolving any delays
• Contribute to the creation of monthly promotional calendars in collaboration with the marketing and e-commerce team
• Analyze past campaign performance to continuously improve strategies
• Proactively manage and resolve customer feedback, including addressing negative reviews and addressing charge disputes with payment processors to ensure seamless transactions
• Create, maintain, and update product listings for maximum visibility and customer satisfaction

Compensation $58,000 to $70,000, depending on experience.
