Foreman – What You Will Do

You will work with a team on the job site overseeing and quality controlling a project and the project team.

  • Work on commercial job sites – commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, parking structures - within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!) Ideal schedule is 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm schedule, depending on jobsite.
  • Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites, ensuring safety and that work is performed to project specifications
  • Read blueprints to understand the project's requirements and plan the crew's activities for the day
  • Be responsible for connecting all electrical systems to the panel using measuring instruments and hand tools

    • You will drive your own vehicle and tools to job sites.

    Foreman – You Must Have :

  • Prior experience in an experienced electrician or Foreman Electrician role with a desire to continue learning and growing in your career.
  • Reliable transportation to jobsites
  • Ability to read specifications such as blueprints
  • Provide your own tools to utilize at the job site
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check required prior to start date

    • You will take a skills assessment to determine your level of experience and rate of pay. Compensation $25 to $30 per hour potential for overtime (dependent on your level of experience) and additional bonus potential. May include vehicle stipend.

    You will receive medical, dental and vision insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with very generous annual company contribution. In addition, our office provides you access to on-site health care for urgent care items and prescriptions for you and your family.
