Your opportunity : Estimator (Underground Construction) Opportunities for Estimator at every level from Junior Estimator to Senior Estimator.
Estimator (Underground Construction) – What You Will Do
You will prepare estimates for large commercial underground projects.
- Estimating and bidding construction projects (you will likely perform estimates for 3 projects a week)
- Complete estimates and bids off-site by reviewing plans, specifications, standards and soils reports
- Manage and assist with the preparation of RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals
- Perform plan take offs and mathematical calculations for scope of work
- Review project plans and communicate with project partners and subcontractors, providing them with necessary documentation
- Interface with owner, contractors and others, to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility
- Participate in preparing and presenting the project scope and methodologies
- Adhere to safety standards at all times including OHSA safe practices and company guidelines

Estimator (Underground Construction) - Benefits for YOU
Your compensation will be $180,000 base salary with a bonus based on gross margin, as well as additional bonus incentives, and profit share potential. OTE could be $250k .
