Implement Your Vision : Design and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance project control effectiveness
Drive Project Performance : Track and analyze project performance data, identify trends, monitor progress and provide key insight to project managers
Elevate visibility and influence by becoming a trusted partner to project managers and senior leadership

Project Controls Analyst – Your Impact

As the Project Controls Analyst, you will provide daily direction, sound guidance and judgement in supporting multiple complex projects and delivering results.

Be the Project Managers' Right Hand : You'll help up to six PMs nail down accurate cost estimates, set up solid budgets, and keep a hawk-eye on project costs, catching any red flags.

Conduct thorough gap analyses of current processes and procedures and build a better system

You'll create and put in place solid SOPs to make project controls run smooth and consistent across the board.

Support the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution and closeout.

You'll back up the PMs when they're talking contracts and handling change orders with clients.

Identify and respond to potential issues affecting financial performance

Maintain a complete understanding of all contractual obligations and make sure that all parties are on the same page

Craft and deliver clear, concise weekly and monthly project cost reports alongside Project Managers

Foster a culture of accountability, reflection and continuous improvement

Project Controls Analyst - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit

You have :

Proven Construction Project Controls Experience : You understand the unique challenges of the construction industry.

Extensive knowledge of contracts and subcontracts

Financial Acumen : You're proficient in cost control processes, tools, and accounting principles.

Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills : You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease (often more than 10 projects at a time).

Understanding Safety and OSHA requirements

College degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or Accounting (desired not required)

Project Controls Analyst – Benefits & Pay for You

Your compensation will be $90,000 - $125,000 base salary plus an annual performance bonus.

This is an on-site position located in Roseville, California. Weekly travel to our Stockton location is a necessary component of this role (with mileage reimbursements).

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
