Project Coordinator - Your Job Duties :
You will work alongside the team of Project Managers to support projects, from kick off to completion.
- Organize and maintain dig alert and change order logs
- Organize and maintain all project plan folders
- Create and maintain production documentation through SharePoint
- Maintain pre-bid file system (OneNote)
- Download and file plans, schedules, soil reports, and project documents
- Upload and maintain plans in plan viewer software (OST) in an organized format
- Create and maintain project file system (job set up process)
- Keep departments informed of relevant changes to project documents
- Distribute proper blueprints and documents to field personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assist in preparing and managing RFI's and response / follow up for ongoing projects
- Assist in reviewing and processing all ongoing project documentation for PM review
- Request and prepare project material submittals and shop drawings
- Perform required take-offs and calculations to assist in creating proper cost estimates
- Review, maintain, and distribute record drawings (closeout package)
- Prepare project documentation for presentation on behalf of the project management department
- Review project financials and create production template for on-going jobs

Your compensation – $23-$28 per hour, overtime eligible and overtime opportunity exists if you would like to take on additional tasks to earn overtime.
Plus annual incentive compensation potential.
You will be provided with a comprehensive benefits package including employer sponsored medical, dental and vision insurance options, 401k with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.

You will work 100% in office in Long Beach, California with a 7am to 4pm schedule.
This role requires successful completion of a drug test and background check prior to start date.
Salary : $23 - $28
