Project Manager (Commercial Construction) – What You Will Do
You are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of commercial electrical projects including effectively project planning, monitoring ongoing budget to actual project performance and project close out, with the support of a Project Engineer team.
You will oversee up to 5-6 commercial electrical projects at a time, with an average project size of up to $5M per project.
Pre-Project
- Design electrical systems that meet customer expectations including providing conceptual direction to guide completion of load analysis, approving equipment selection, confirming drawings and layouts, ensuring circuiting requirements and applying electrical theory to solve issues
- Oversee the proposal execution process for customer submission ensuring required components are to company standards (scope summary, inclusions, exclusions & assumptions, bid letter, specifications and pricing
- Proactively solve problems by making sure RFIs, bill or materials are completed, documented, communicated and scope summary is captured

You will work in the office and out in the field (estimated 20% of your time will be performed in the field or on job sites and 80% in the office with your team). No overnight travel.

Compensation $120,000 to $150,000 base salary plus additional bonus potential.
You will be provided a monthly auto stipend and a fuel card.

This role requires successful completion of a drug test, background check and clean driving record prior to start date.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
