Senior Controller / VP Finance   – Your Daily Impact

As the head of Finance for the Firm, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Firm's growth, efficiency, and profitability across multiple offices.

• Develop and execute the firm's financial strategy : Build Firm financial KPI and cashflow dashboard. Establish financial goals, identifying KPIs and developing actionable strategies to achieve them
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting : Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and forecasting future financial and cash performance
• Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) : Monitor the Firm's performance against strategic goals (financial and operational)
• Improve operational efficiency : Identify opportunities to streamline processes, creating systems and writing the SOPs with the overarching goal to reduce costs and improve revenue and profitability
• Foster innovation : Support and lead innovation initiatives (ie : adoption of new technologies, alternative fee arrangements, and innovative service delivery models)
• Strategic planning : Working closely with managing partner and partner group to align strategic goals and ensure ongoing effective execution

Compensation $160,000 base salary plus additional bonuses and incentives for contributing to Firm growth.

You will work in the office in Santa Rosa, California with the team and support several offices.
