Position: DATA MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Position Overview:
The Data Management Analyst will play a key support role in maintaining accurate and organized product, vendor, and customer data across multiple systems. This position will be based in Nashville, TN and will report to the VP of Business Process & Operations and work with the broader Business Information team to ensure data is clean, consistent, and ready for use in reporting, planning, and ERP-related activities. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in data operations and systems management within a fast-paced, consumer product environment.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Maintenance
- Assist with entering, updating, and maintaining item, BOM, vendor, and customer records across current systems.
- Help clean and prepare data for ERP and PIM migration.
- Ensure data is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal naming conventions and standards.
System Support
- Support the setup of new products, vendors, and BOMs across systems.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, sales, finance) to ensure data needs are met.
Reporting Support
- Pull and organize data to support reporting, forecasting, and planning efforts.
- Assist in maintaining data trackers, spreadsheets, and reports for internal teams.
- Support the creation of basic dashboards and templates, as needed.
Integration & ERP Support
- Help support data integration tasks for new acquisitions or business partners.
- Participate in ERP and PIM setup and testing activities as assigned.
- Assist with data cleanup and documentation in preparation for ERP launch.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, business operations, or administrative support—preferably in a product-based or consumer goods company.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Data, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP and PIM systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to grow within the data operations function and take on new challenges.
