Position: Graphic Designer
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work on labels, product listings, and creative projects across multiple brands. This role offers the opportunity to contribute creatively and collaborate cross-functionally while working directly with our VP of Design. This hybrid role will require to be on-site 3 days a week in Nashville, TN location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Label Design & Updates: Create and update label artwork across multiple brands for various supplement and wellness products.
- Design Edits & Compliance: Make quick and precise design revisions to meet marketplace requirements, ensuring compliance for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer websites.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Compliance, R&D, Platform Management, and Content teams to ensure timely updates and production schedules.
- Marketplace Listings: Edit and refine product listing images across Amazon, Walmart, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and conversion.
- Project Management Integration: Utilize ClickUp, Salsify, and other system tools to track and manage project progress efficiently.
- Marketing & Promotional Design: Occasionally assist in creating visual assets for promotional materials and campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Efficient and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Receptive to feedback, with a growth mindset and willingness to refine creative work based on input.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and with external partners.
