Position: Amazon International Account Manager – UK
Position Overview:
The Amazon International Account Manager – UK will play a critical role in driving the growth, performance, and operational success of Growve’s health and wellness brands on the Amazon UK marketplace. This role requires a proven track record in Amazon account management, particularly within international markets and consumable categories. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon UK Account Management: Lead and manage Growve’s Amazon UK seller accounts, driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing brand visibility.
- Third-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and service providers to ensure compliance, seamless operations, and effective strategy execution.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee budgets for Amazon UK operations, ensuring all activities align with financial objectives and deliver cost-effective results.
- Amazon FBA Expertise: Utilize expertise in Amazon FBA to plan and optimize inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- International Expansion: Execute brand expansion strategies on Amazon UK, including listing optimization, new product launches, and compliance with UK regulatory requirements. Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Compliance: Work with internal teams to ensure products comply with UK regulations, streamlining processes for new product launches.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. Present findings and recommendations to leadership regularly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand management and market penetration efforts in the UK.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Amazon account management, with a focus on FBA and international marketplaces. Amazon UK experience preferred.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Strong knowledge with UK compliance & regulatory laws.
- Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- International Expansion: Demonstrated success in expanding brands internationally on Amazon. Experience with Amazon UK is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in data analysis and decision-making based on performance trends and market insights.
