Architectural Applications Processor

GRS Community Management is seeking a Full-Time Architectural Applications Processor located in Lake Worth, FL. We are looking for a get it done individual that would possess strong organizational and attention to detail skills. 

• Review and process architectural applications received by mail or in person
• Respond to application inquiries by email or in person
• Prioritize daily tasks 
• Scan and convert files into pdf format
• Update the software system with application status 
• Able to meet deadlines
• Request missing application items

• Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts
• Minimum 1 1/2 strong Administrative or customer service experience
• Experience in office 365,  Microsoft Word required
• Experience with Cinc strongly preferred but will train
