What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at GRS Management Associates, Inc?
GRS Community Management has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Concierge for a luxury HOA onsite community in Lake Worth, Florida. The candidate will assist in the social activities, take reservations, and provide a smiling face and pleasant attitude!
Pay rate $18 15-20 hours weekly plus weekends
Key Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to)
- Greet residents and guests
- Answer phones and retrieve messages
- Assist clubhouse staff with general office duties or projects, as needed
- Make rounds at Clubhouse several times during shift turning off lights/fans in vacant rooms
- Note any rule violations and attempt to enforce
- Assist homeowners to the best of your ability and knowledge
- Assist clubs during events
- Provide technical assistance with club events
- Ability to learn operation of audio visual equipment
- Must be available nights, weekends and some holidays
