Full Job Description
An established family-oriented company seeks an on-site CAM Licensed Property Manager for a Homeowners' Association in the heart of Kendall.
- Minimum 3 years of experience

- Knowledge of various maintenance and restoration projects
- Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare budgets
- Deal with clients and owners in a friendly professional manner
- Current and active CAM License and knowledge of FL Statute 718/720 required
- Ability to supervise on-site maintenance personnel and staff
- Adheres to the highest standards of professional ethics
- Ability to write a monthly management report which breaks down monthly jobs completed and informs Board of items needed to maintain a safe environment for owners and guests
- Ability to prepare for and run Board meetings, bi-monthly meetings held on weekday evenings and one meeting per year is held on Saturday
- Prepare professional reports, action plans, bid analysis, etc.
- Generate maintenance standards and achieve performance objectives
- Maintain inventory and monitor preventative maintenance
- 2 weeks vacation per year, plus sick pay and paid holidays
Job Type: Full Time (Expected Hours: 40 per week)
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Property Management: 3 years (required)
Computer: 3 years (required)
Quickbooks: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
