Location - San Bruno, CA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in business operations, management functions, and user experience—specifically in game design. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-level backend solutions, lead teams, and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver efficient and innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Java-based backend systems and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and convert them into scalable technology solutions.
- Work on strategic initiatives related to business operations and process optimization.
- Utilize your experience in general business skills and management to align development goals with operational objectives.
- Drive the user experience design, especially in game-centric interfaces or platforms.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring sessions for junior developers.
- Manage and report project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
- Supports and ensures business objectives being met.
- Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
- Leads the work of other small group of 3 to 4 engineers for assigned Engineering projects - Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.
- Designs and implements low latency services.
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Troubleshoots business and production issues .

Qualifications:
- 7 years of Java backend development experience.
- Proven experience in business operations and team/project management.
