What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tutor/Teacher position at GRT?
GET RESULTS TUTORING in State College, PA is looking for one tutor/teacher to join our 11 person strong team. We are located on 2766 West College Ave Unit 3. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Should have a College Degree or above and has strong Math ,Algebra ,and Geometry possibly Calculus and Trig skills. We tutor students K through College all subjects and Test Prep in all areas.
Responsibilities
- Tutor students one to one with the designated curriculum for each student.
- Attend specific paid informational meeting when notified.
- Keep specific notes for each lesson held each time in all curriculum areas taught.
- All materiais to teach curriculum is provided.
- No need for at home preplanning or preparation of materials.
Qualifications
- College Degree or above.
- Strong Math , English and or Science skills.
- Previous experience teaching or working with children
- Helpful to have a background in teaching reading.
