We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and an understanding of food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
• Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Help with any additional tasks as needed to enhance the dining experience.

Skills

• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food service protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to help others as needed.
• Basic cooking knowledge is beneficial but not required.
