The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Olo’s capabilities and a strong background in the restaurant technology space, with an ability to help clients maximize the value of their Olo integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Olo-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process of Olo for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with GRUBBRR’s self-ordering systems
- Requirements gathering, configuration, and supporting Olo menu management.
- Provide expertise and support to clients to optimize the use of Olo's delivery and online ordering solutions in conjunction with GRUBBRR technology
- Collaborate with GRUBBRR’s internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Support) to ensure Olo integration runs smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Regularly review and evaluate client performance metrics and recommend improvements for better efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure clients are utilizing the Olo platform effectively
- Proven experience in Olo implementation, support, or consultancy, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Previous experience within Olo menu management
- Strong understanding of Olo’s platform and how it integrates with point-of-sale (POS) systems, delivery services, and other restaurant technologies
- Familiarity with self-ordering kiosks, online ordering systems, and restaurant management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with customer success, client training, and post-implementation support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with GRUBBRR technology or other restaurant service platforms
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
- Project management experience and/or certification
