Grubbs Nissan of Tulsa is on the lookout for a seasoned and tech-savvy Automotive Sales Consultant eager to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and growth with our dealership. This role involves guiding clients through the entire process of purchasing and owning both New & Pre-Owned Vehicles.
The perfect candidate possesses a high school diploma or GED, previous sales experience in the automotive sector (preferably with Nissan), outstanding customer service skills, a confident and sociable demeanor, a polished appearance, and exceptional communication abilities. They must also be self-driven and prepared to consistently seek new prospects to meet and exceed ongoing sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage cutting-edge technology to enrich customer interactions and streamline sales procedures.
- Actively seek out new and existing clients.
- Cultivate buyer relationships by establishing strong rapport and striving for long-term connections.
- Assess buyer needs and preferences; recommend and match suitable vehicle options.
- Showcase automobiles by detailing features, arranging test drives, and explaining warranties and services.
- Close sales by addressing objections, negotiating terms, completing contracts, and facilitating payments and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the F&I Team to resolve any outstanding contract issues.
- Maintain and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Provide sales management analysis through comprehensive reporting.
- Stay updated on product offerings and market trends.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Business Development or Sales Experience is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) is preferred.
- Self-starter with proactive tendencies.
- Strong commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful presentations.
- Proficient in computer technology, including Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
