We are looking for a talented and motivated Loaner Car Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that our loaner vehicles are prepared, maintained, and delivered to customers with the utmost attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer service, enjoy engaging with people, and have a keen eye for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of vehicle products and service maintenance requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
- Coordinate with valet services to ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned both inside and out before customer use.
- Ensure that loaner vehicles are filled with a tank of gas before being loaned out.
- Check loaner vehicles for any pre-existing damage and ensure proper fuel levels before handing over the vehicle to the customer.
- Ensure all loaner contracts are properly completed with the required documentation.
- Prepare loaner vehicles for morning appointments, ensuring they are lined up and ready for customer pickup.
- Escort customers to their vehicles, perform walkarounds, document pre-existing damage, and confirm fuel levels.
- Provide pickup and drop-off services for customers as needed.
- Maintain order in the service lot to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent accidents.
- Keep service areas clean as directed by management, maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and immediately report any accidents or safety concerns to a manager.
- Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
