Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the Management Team and providing additional coverage during peak periods or in the absence of a manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring 100% of table visits are performed and all Guest issues are resolved throughout the shift
- Leading and coaching Team Member performance
- Positively impacting the achievement of sales and profits in the restaurant
- Providing support and direction for the Front of House and Heart of House Teams Administrative Operational Readiness & Execution Guest & Team Member Relations
