Your Main Responsibilities
- Understand the application's value chain and stakeholders.
- Visit customers to understand their needs and behaviors.
- Analyze profit pools, trends, and competition.
- Define and manage products, including end-of-life and health monitoring.
- Develop and coordinate multi-year application strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities and pilot new ideas.
- Monitor costs, prioritize, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Set prices, enable sales force, develop tools, and monitor performance.
- Create P&L, monitor KPIs, and contribute to financial planning.
- Identify and manage application-related risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and create communication materials.
- Ensure sustainability targets are met and comply with regulations.
- Set lead times, manage inventory, and optimize manufacturing capacity.
As our new Lead application solution Manager, you will have deep technical and practical knowledge within a similar industry across a global matrix organisation.
We imagine you may also have:
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred with several years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to manage business priorities and processes
- Influence senior leaders effectively
- Track record of driving profitable initiatives
- Experience with digital solutions
- Initiate and manage customer-centric projects
