Grundfos Americas Corporation is seeking an experienced Lead Brand Manager to join the Brand Management team. The Lead Brand Manager will drive, impact, and implement the global ONE brand direction ensuring we build a clear and relevant position locally. They will be responsible for all Grundfos USA branding activities including collaborating with local / global performance and functional unites to identify key brand activities to ensure we are continuing to build and raise strong brand awareness among key customers / stakeholders that will support the business growth in the USA. This position reports directly to the Director of Brand Management and will operate on a minimum 2 day on site Hybrid schedule out of the Brookshire, Texas facility.
Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.
Your main responsibilities :
Drive, support and secure global ONE Brand direction :
- Act as a key local / regional brand ambassador supporting and driving key brand directions towards local marketing office and global PU representatives.
- Act as a local representative towards the global office pushing and supporting a strong, relevant, and truly global brand position.
Drive and develop locally relevant brand activations :
Drive best in class digital media execution :
