What is the job about?

As a Lead Marketing Coordinator you will assist in several aspects of marketing in Commercial Building Services for North America. This position will be responsible for all the events and trade shows coordination in US and Canada and for providing day-to-day marketing support to the marketing team, sales team and partners, while assisting in the development of social media content, and handling administrative processes within the marketing area.

This position reports directly our Senior Marketing Manager and will operate out of the Lenexa, Kansas, site in a hybrid function.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Event management for national tradeshows in the US and Canada
  • Support for partners and sales team on regional and local events across the US and Canada
  • Support the field sales organization on day-to-day needs by fulfilling partner requests and delivering content as required.
  • Manage written content for social media, including community management and communication plans, aligned with marketing campaigns, programs, product launches, trade shows and local events in coordination with the Marketing manager, Digital and Content Marketing personnel.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of product demos, printed materials and promotional items for campaigns, product launches, tradeshows and customer events.
  • Execute and control financial processes within internal systems and financial stakeholders for US and Canada, executing purchase orders, invoice payments, vendor creation and keeping track of all expenses within CBS marketing
  • Support maintaining internal and external marketing material libraries and toolkits by working with Content Marketing responsible
  • Maintain and improve customer data and online touchpoints by working with Digital Marketing responsible
  • Provide support to peers pertaining to quality and quantity of work performed. Perform all work in compliance with company policies, branding rules, procedures, legislation, regulation and direction and identify non-compliance situations for resolution.
  • Help develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives and continually seek out opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform related duties as assigned

We imagine that you have:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience coordinating marketing tradeshows, events, programs and activities.
  • Proficiency in the use of PCs, Microsoft applications, SAP
  • Adobe Photoshop, Sprinklr, AEM and Marketo experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop professional relationships and communicate effectively orally and in writing in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
