General Description of Position : To assist in the orderly operation of the school. The successful candidate will :

1. Have a reasonable degree of proficiency in data entry (40 words per minute) and use of Microsoft Office software

2. Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

3. Good oral, written, and telephone communication skills

4. Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of comon office equipment

5. Ability to quickly learn how to use new software products

6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
