You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases. Compensation:$21 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
- A Qualified individual shall be expected to make data entries into a computer while conducting telephone conversations with outside parties as an essential function of this position.
- A Qualified Individual shall at all times exhibit phone etiquette when dealing with others as an essential function of this position.
- A qualified individual shall be capable of sitting for protracted periods of time as an essential function of this position.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, with a strong track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience with Lead Docket and Filevine is a plus
Education and Experience:
- Prior intake/call center experience required.
- Experience in the legal industry or familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
- Previous legal experience highly valued
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Prior intake/call center experience required.
- Experience in the legal industry or familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
