Experience:
· At least 1-year experience in Information Systems and Technical Support
· Knowledge of Internet, VPN, Firewall, VLANS, WLAN, & Windows Server
· Support to Users
· Associate Degree in IT or related experience.
The qualified IT candidate will be proactive and reliable and have strong troubleshooting skills. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills and will provide the best service to our users.
· Diagnose computer problems
· Monitor computer processing systems
· Install software and perform tests on computer and programs
· Software Maintenance & Administration
· Security Systems maintenance
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
· Set up computer equipment
· Schedule maintenance and teach clients to use programs
· Elaboration of quotes and equipment ordering
· Strong knowledge of computers and how they operate, which includes having a broad understanding of hardware and software
· Knowledge of operating systems and basic computer programming
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
· Operating Printing Equipment
· Support to voice and CCTV system
· Technical support to all areas of the company
· Maintain equipment inventory
