Mission : The Quality Manager is the Management Representative for TS 16949. This individual is required to have a professional understanding and application of the principles concerning product and service quality evaluation and control.
Responsibilities :
- Management Representation, lead implementation and maintenance of TS16949 conformance
- Provide quality training in automotive discipline
- Monitor and report customer quality performance
- Find and develop improved quality systems (benchmarking)
- Supervise document change and control function
- Provide leadership and direction to Quality Department
- Understand and implement the goals and objective of the quality policy
