Job Summary
The Quality Technician ensures the floor and cleaning area of inspection are up to standards, and provides feedback to the client and General Manager on areas of improvement. This position will maintain the quality and effectiveness of our janitorial service in mind while providing our clients with excellent customer service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding quality control activities
- Assist in the training and development of janitorial staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them meet quality expectations and address any issues
- Report any equipment malfunctions or needs for repair and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or complaints from clients with Operations staff
- Work closely with clients to ensure their cleaning needs and expectations are met
- Recommend improvements to cleaning processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certification or training in janitorial services or quality control is a plus.
- Any prior knowledge needed for the role i.e. Microsoft Office in Excel and Word.
- Proven experience in a janitorial or custodial role with an understanding of cleaning procedures

Required Travel
This position requires traveling within the Fort Myers area. The incumbent will need a vehicle. The company provides reimbursement.
