Main Responsibilities:
- File management, document control, and office record keeping.
- Phone, email, and correspondence management services.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Report preparation, presentation creation, and other document production.
- Office supply maintenance, purchasing coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Recruitment process support, including job posting, resume review, and interview scheduling.
- Employee record maintenance and HR documentation updates.
- New employee onboarding and training assistance.
- Payroll processing, attendance tracking, and financial record-keeping tasks.
- Employee engagement and team-building activities coordination.
- Vendor sourcing, quote procurement, and purchase requisition preparation.
- Supplier relationship maintenance, delivery tracking, and invoice monitoring.
- Finance team collaboration for timely payments and transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
