What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adjunct Professor position at Grupo PROEDUCA?
The Faculty Instructor will be teaching the assigned courses and accurately tracking all student questions, assignments and grades. The instructor will be responsible for using and continually improving the teaching material of their subjects. These improvements will be reported and supervised by the academic coordinator.

OR related studies
Preferably proven teaching experience.
Preferably proven experience with both online and in-campus training.
Fluency in Spanish is a Plus but not a requirement
REQUIREMENTS / ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES
Ability to manage online educational platforms and training programs.
Able to organize and instruct assigned courses to promote students’ success while maintaining academic rigor.
Able to review and improve the syllabus for assigned courses.
Willingness to deliver all requested educational materials to the Faculty Management Department in a timely manner.
Ability to promote and facilitate interaction ensuring learning by collaboration.
Ability to motivate and guide students in class and answer the forums in the expected time.
Takes responsibility for tracking and evaluating student learning, course objective achievement, and providing feedback.
Take responsibility for attending the classes assigned by being present 15 minutes before the class starts and answering any questions or needs.
Willingness to attend faculty meetings, official functions, and perform other duties as may be required by the administration as is commensurate with instructor's position.
