As a Trim Punch Carpenter, you will work on residential job sites for some of the largest builders in the nation, specializing in interior trim, doors, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services. - Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency on residential job sites
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements
- Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality
- Use digital tools daily for task management
- Installation and/or Adjustment of Exterior and Interior Doors
- Installation of Door and Bath Hardware
- Installation of Shoe Molding
- Replace or Repair Interior Trim items such as crown, chair rail, base, casing, treads, risers, hand or wall rails.
- Proven Problem Solver
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Works Well Independently (requiring minimal supervision)
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Lift 50 lbs. of material repetitively
- Basic Carpentry Tools to Start (Tool Purchase Program available for Qualified Candidates after as little as 2 weeks)
- Valid Driver’s License,
- Strong Work Ethic
- Employment Eligibility and Ability to Pass Drug and Background Screening
- Monday-Friday
- Start time 7am
- W2 Employment
- Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry
- Own tools, smartphone, valid driver license, and insured vehicle for daily use
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
- Authorized to work for any US employer
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs. of material repetitively
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong Work Ethic
- Employment Eligibility
