We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Compliance to lead our regulatory and compliance initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring Tradebe meets all applicable environmental, health & safety (EHS), and corporate regulations, as well as maintaining ethical and legal business practices. The Director of Compliance will work closely with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders to drive a culture of compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and oversee Tradebe's compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate compliance into business strategies.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Lead and manage compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and industry associations.
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and reporting structures.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of compliance activities.
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives within the organization.
