Job Description :
Grus Construction Personnel is seeking experienced Journeymen Electricians for various industrial projects near Henrietta, NY . This role requires expertise in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-voltage substation control systems.
Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot substation control systems , including protective relays, SCADA systems, RTUs, control panels, wiring, meters, and instrumentation
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and calibration of control equipment
- Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Adhere to all safety regulations and lock-out / tag-out procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response
- Requirements :
OSHA 10 Certification Required
Must have all basic hand tools of the trade
Ability to work independently & in a team setting
Pre-employment drug test & background check may be required
