Job Description :
We are seeking skilled Structural Welders for a shop-based position in Springfield, MA . You will be responsible for MIG welding structural steel for decking, handrails, and stairs .
- Must be able to :
Read and interpret shop drawings & layouts
Perform MIG welding on structural steel
Operate various shop tools & machinery (training provided for CNC & painting machines)
Bring your own basic hand tools, welding hood, and gloves
Pass a pre-employment drug test & background check (if required)
