Gryphon Aviation Leasing is a premier aviation asset management and leasing firm specializing in commercial aircraft and engine trading. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee all business operations, contract tracking, deal logistics, and office management.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of transactions, supporting commercial and financial operations, while driving organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Office Management
- Oversee and improve daily business operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Handle office management, including vendor relationships, procurement, and administrative support.
Contract & Deal Logistics Management
Maintain and track all contracts related to aircraft, engine, and parts transactions, ensuring compliance and timely execution.Coordinate logistics for asset movements, including shipments, inspections, deliveries, and insurance.Develop and manage a system to monitor deal progress, critical deadlines, and required follow-ups.Financial Operations & Compliance
Work closely with the accounting and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and reconciling operational expenses for the office and logistics.Support commercial and finance teams in contract execution and maintaining transaction documentation.Executive & Administrative Support
Assist senior executives with scheduling, document preparation, and high-level coordination.Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for executive communications and external engagements.Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team as needed.Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 5 years in aviation leasing, aerospace, logistics, contract management, or executive operations.Aviation & Contracts Expertise : Strong background in contract tracking, logistics coordination, and operational management within aviation .Executive Support : Prior experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or providing high-level administrative support is a plus.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and contract tracking systems. QuickBooks experience is a plus.Communication & Organization : Must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Work Setup : Full-time, in-person role based in Fort Lauderdale.
