Job Description:
Support and manage the day-to-day reporting and maintenance of our clients’ private investments and assist in firm reporting.

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task

Job Accountabilities:
- Client reporting and maintaining cash flow records
- Investment document execution
- Track and manage reporting processes in Excel for additional client reporting.
- Alternatives data management in reporting systems and due diligence of existing and new alternative investments
- Maintain detailed records of subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions
- Keep thorough documentation to support audit requirements and to ensure accountability across all transactions
- Coordinate with tax advisors to prepare and file tax returns for the fund and generate investor-specific tax documents
- Collaborate with custodians and third-party service providers to ensure the secure handling and storage of the fund’s assets
- Oversee cash management processes to meet operational and investor needs.
- Assist with firm reporting for compliance and business analysis
- Assist with ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting of alternative investments with our Gryphon model portfolios for HNW investors
- Create presentations for clients and prospects using Tamarac, Addepar, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Research new firm technologies
